Florida Family Law Rule 12.012

Minimization of Sensitive Information

Text of the rules effective October 1, 2026.

Every pleading or other document filed with the court shall comply with Florida Rule of General Practice and Judicial Administration 2.425, Minimization of the Filing of Sensitive Information.
